Happy 4th!

HappyJuly4thfrOn the 245th anniversary of America's independence, I thank God for the freedoms we enjoy and I recognize the great cost behind them. Our freedom is truly something to celebrate and to cherish. May we never forget the Christian foundation this country was built upon and all those who have sacrificed to preserve it. Let us continue to ask God to have mercy on our nation and give our leaders the wisdom they so desperately need. Ultimately for each of us, true freedom comes through a relationship with God’s Son, Jesus Christ. “So if the Son sets you free, you will be free indeed.” (John 8:36)
